Responsibilities & Context: Human Recourse:·
- Recruitment & Selection of the high-profile candidates that need according to desire of the company·
- Development and implementation of the effective management strategies,
- leading the team to create good working environment enabling everyone to work with great effort & Co-operation·
- Ensure Proper Human Resources Planning (HRP) and HR Budgeting·
- Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization·
- Ensure proper Performance Management System·
- Supervising Attendance & Leave Management, Final Settlement Issues and Disciplinary issues·
- Deal with all other HR related issues. Formulate and Maintain HR policies, operation, attendance, payroll, salary, increment· Very good in Staff level & worker recruitment and sourcing
Administration:·
- Be the lead role of administrative functional department· Maintain all related certification for factory operations·
- Liaison with BGMEA, compliance auditors, Fire & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station etc·
- Monitor Supervise & Coordinate all administrative, transport & overall logistics issue as per group policy·
- Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured·
- Can resolve and deal with outside forces like local peoples, political issues and other·
- Must be keen in dealing with different authorities Police, RAB, NSI, BOI, BGMEA, Environment and all others. ·
- Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace·
- Maintain environmental sustainability for the organization through all the activities & work procedures
Compliance:·
- Follow up compliance related task as well·
- Take corrective action and monitor all corrective measures as advised by the buyer/compliance auditors·
- Need to achieve & renew all Certificates that are required for Factory Operation·
- Very good in Factory Compliance·
- Maintain different buyer Audit as well as Certification Audit· Able to handle all kinds of Audit·
- Preparing, organizing and managing factory audits as per buyer`s requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security and QMS audits·
- Face the certification audit, obtained certificate and face other surveillance audits
- Initiate any other task assigned by the management
