• Strong knowlegde of textile materials, costing and production processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills to effectively collaborate with teams and meet buyer expectations.

• Overall follow-up from product development to shipment.

• Experience working with the USA market.

• Prepare accurate costing and ensure sourcing of trims, accessories, and fabrics is completed in-house before bulk production begins.

• Handle pricing, negotiation, and order confirmation.

• Monitor sample development and production to meet buyer requirements.

• Prepare Time and Action (TNA) plans and sourcing plans, and ensure their proper execution.

• Communicate with buyers and suppliers for technical clarifications when required.

• Proactively inform the Head of Merchandising and keep them updated on any exceptions.

• Follow up with the Planning/Production team and ensure shipments move on time.

• Follow up with the planning and production teams to ensure shipments move on time.

• Ensure all fabrics and accessories are ordered and available in-house on time for production.

• Oversee all aspects of quality from initial to final stages.

• Follow up on all production progress and keep the merchandising team informed.
