- Age 35 to 45 years
10-15 years in denim sewing production.
5+ years as AGM in a denim factory.
Direct experience handling Brands’ compliance, audits, and production standards will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, execute, and monitor daily/weekly/monthly denim sewing production to meet shipment deadlines.
Ensure Brand’s quality standards, compliance protocols, and on-time delivery targets.
Lead supervisors, QC teams, and operators in high-pressure denim production lines.
Optimize SMV, efficiency (e.g. through modular setups), and productivity for denim-specific processes (e.g. heavy fabrics, complex stitching).
Coordinate with Cutting, Finishing, Washing and IE teams to streamline denim workflows.
Troubleshoot bottlenecks (e.g pocket setting, hemming, topstitching) and implement solutions.
Uphold safety, compliance (brand/audit) and ethical standards across the sewing floor.
Prepare detailed production reports with actionable insights for senior management.
