Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Graduate from any reputed recognized educational Institute in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate all aspects of Admin & HR, Operation/Production including purchasing, scheduling, warehousing, shipping/receiving, quality assurance.
∎ Control of all operational aspects including revenue growth, profit, operations & production, quality, plant production development, health & safety, finance and compliance within assigned.
∎ To plan machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules and budget maintenance schedules and quality of products.
∎ The whole industrial production has to be managed or have to take care of all the features associated with a particular plant department.
∎ Practice manufacturing plan and policy guidelines to drive the performance of key result areas on production activities and continuous implementation monitoring.
∎ Working with the Plant Manager to ensure that the facility's operational activities and tactical actions are executed so that the plant's working capital is properly managed.
∎ Providing information to various corporate personnel in a timely manner, including daily/weekly/monthly reporting requirements.
∎ Ensure factory Compliance, Quality Management System & Continual Improvement.
∎ Review the employee performance time to time and take necessary action.
∎ Enforces all company policies, including safety, production, quality, sales, human resources and accounting policies.
∎ Promote cross training to optimize workforce, ensures functional coverage, reduce labor costs, and supports succession planning.
∎ Monitoring factory and production activities and reporting to the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Enough skilled for operation related activities of total factory.
∎ To have minimum 10 year(s) experience in any heavy large scale industries.
∎ Educational qualification and age are considerable for long time experience.
Salary: Negotiable
