∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garment Marketing, International Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyses the impact of changes in the economy at national and global levels on the RMG business sector and draw up action plans to take proactive actions.
∎ Takes responsibility for overall monitoring and supervision of all merchandising and marketing activities for the Group.
∎ Takes responsibility for business development in new markets and manages relationship with key customers.
∎ Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization and suggests new capability building based on market intelligence.
∎ Takes necessary steps to ensure the achievement of periodic order booking and delivery targets for the company as part of the overall financial targets on sales and profitability and operational targets related to capacity utilization of the plant.
∎ Focuses direct marketing initiatives on key international clients leveraging on existing relationships and building new ones.
∎ Collect market data and analysis competitor through marketing intelligence and other sources.
∎ Coordinates with operations and integrate planning for production planning, procurement and timely dispatch.
∎ Promote the business as a strong brand name of repute among prospective customers through extensive and targeted brand building exercise.
∎ Takes regular developmental feedback from customer on issues regarding quality and shipment schedules
∎ Develops market entry strategy for previously untapped geographies based on market intelligence
∎ Work with key people to develop sound and robust systems, which aim at identifying and addressing customer needs on a continuous basis.
∎ Setting KPI for the merchandising department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong product and material knowledge with good development skill, and familiar with merchandising and product development process.
∎ Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
∎ Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines.
∎ Proficient in English (Written and spoken)
∎ Knowledge in MS office programs & ERP.
