∎ At least 12 year(s)

Marketing and merchandising

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of planning & marketing to fill up the capacity for 25 running production lines woven factory (total capacity is 64 lines).
∎ The candidate should have good knowledge of fabric consumption, costing for any kind of woven order to achieve any order through competitions.
∎ The candidate should have knowledge of the production area.
∎ Responsible for total marketing department for various & all existing accounts.
∎ Must have a good connection with renowned customers - local Buying agents & Overseas Buyers - to run the business independently in fulfillment of prevailing factory capacity.
∎ Must have the capacity to onboard new buyers and expand business in New Market locations/countries.
∎ To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to expand the business to increase sales.
∎ Must be good at using marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attention.
∎ To achieve the monthly target.
∎ The candidate should have good knowledge of speaking in English and must be good at e-mail communication.
∎ Assist in negotiating price, commercial agreement terms, and conditions.
∎ Must follow-up merchandising activities & lead the team accordingly.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to management on all ongoing activities and issues.
∎ Any other assignment provided by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be experienced in Woven Factory.
∎ MUST BE A TEAM LEADER.
∎ MUST HAVE DIRECT BUYERS' CONTACTS.
∎ Can lead local & foreign buyer meetings independently.
∎ Self-driven, results-oriented & having good interpersonal relationships.
