Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring product development & costing of all inquiries.
∎ Participate in buying meetings to bring orders; cost price negotiations; order finalization.
∎ Achieving monthly target and value and target style follow up.
∎ Tracking of materials booking; P/I Issuance; L/C settlement, follow-up T&A & on-time in-housing.
∎ Raw material in-house follow-up and searching & sourcing of raw materials (trims, fabrics) for the confirmed orders.
∎ Production free follow-up / on-time follow-up.
∎ Monitoring of bulk production, reviewing action calendar / critical path management.
∎ Daily input follow-up.
∎ Vessel schedule/container follow-up.
∎ Formulate and implement the strategic plans for merchandising to achieve on-time & quality shipment.
∎ Play the role of the key team leader for each and every team of merchandising to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Capacity planning by keeping close liaises with Central Capacity Planner; alert Merchandising Manager in case of any overbooking.
∎ Organize in-house training for the merchandising team as well as identify the non-performer and solve their problem to improve their activities.
∎ Coordinate among all other operational departments of the factory and solve the problem.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be experienced in Woven Factory.
∎ MUST BE A TEAM LEADER.
∎ MUST HAVE DIRECT BUYERS' CONTANTS.
∎ Can lead local & foreign buyer meeting independently.
∎ Self-driven, results-oriented & having good interpersonal relationship.
∎ Ability to interact professionally with a diverse population.
