• Post Graduate Diploma in Apparel marketing & merchandising management

• Must have vast operational and production knowledge on high world class knitting machinery which equipped with special attachments to produce Lycra fabrics as well. Responsible for well-integrated system of stringed quality measures checks all fabrics meticulously to eliminate contamination and other faults.
• Must have productivity efficiency skill on monitoring the sewing lines. Specially monitor brands sewing machines which are equipped with auto trimmers, lock stitch, button stitch, chain stitch, and auto buttonhole machines to ensure perfection.

• Responsible for holding review meetings with stake holders to monitor progress of the manufacturing cycle as per schedule, ensuring timely completion and delivery of the product and reporting to senior management on the progress. Interacting with buying offices, Taking complete order enquiries, Work on the costing and negotiating prices.
• Production knowledge on varieties of fabrics including Single Jersey, Double Jersey, Interlock, Auto Striper & Fidder Stripe, Pique, Lycra Jersey, Fleece, French Terry, Waffle, Jacquard etc. (All kind of Knit Item). Responsible for overall planning, organizing, managing and coordinating all the affairs of Merchandising & sourcing issues of the company. 
• Coordinate product development & management through style concept, design & material development to ensure the right product presentation for each season. Perform product costing and negotiations, coordinate & ensure effective follow up bulk product manufacturing with merchandising, production planning & operation, quality assurance, logistics & shipment consolidation.
• Capable to manage the operation of Printing unit including Table printing, Oval printing (8 Headed), Octopus printing (12 Headed). Also skill to manage various types of printing such as flock, discharge, emboss, all types of stone and studs, heat transfer and special types of printing.
