Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Mechanical/Textiles from any reputed university including 10+ years of experience in operation & maintenance in Maintenance department in modern spinning industries.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out schedule/ preventive maintenance of electrical & electro-mechanical machineries by providing his right direction as well as to develop a good maintenance workforce.
∎ Develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals.
∎ List out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment's and machinery.
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
∎ Ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ Organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like Accord, Alliance, along with other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc.
∎ Responsible for development of project, prepare project BOQ with feasibility reports and obtain approvals from the higher management for investing.
∎ Manage relevant stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals from regulatory bodies.
∎ Assist project implementation teams with necessary project related inputs.
∎ Monitoring and follow up of a project portfolio and furnish periodic progress report to the management.
∎ To create Mechanical single line diagram, Mechanical layout plan by Auto-CAD and other software.
∎ Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence, and good judgment of the running project.
∎ To perform any other duties as assigned by the head of department/ higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years’ experience in any reputed Spinning Mills & Erection experience will be preferred.
∎ Good command in English.
