Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic, communicative and analytic & highly experienced candidate for the post of ‘DGM (Liaison)’ who previously worked as Deputy Secretary or Joint Secretary of Bangladesh Govt. The incumbent must have initiative and the drive to deliver high-quality results.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Supervise & follow-up all the documents of the group.
∎ 2.Facilitate regular communication with all the departments in the govt. offices, non govt. offices as well as external organizations on behalf of Amanat Shah Group.
∎ 3.Handling telephone calls, emails, and answering general inquiries related to govt. offices, non govt. offices & external organizations.
∎ 4.Develop a strong set of key contacts and relationships with all the departments in the govt. offices, non govt. offices & external offices so that work can be done smoothly.
∎ 5.Clung to obtain viable outcome from govt. offices, non govt. offices & external offices.
∎ 6.Any other duties as required.
