∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering is preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The DGM/GM is primary responsible to lead the operation and maintenance team, the daily management and coordination of plant operations including production, logistics and maintenance while ensuring compliance with all labour, safety, environmental and policies and regulations.
∎ To Control and look after overall Production, Operation of Rice factory including administrative work.
∎ Supervise and Monitor all department head of the factory
∎ Plan, organize, direct, run, and optimize day-to- day operations.
∎ Define, develop and monitor the implementation of production plans.
∎ Analyze projected daily, monthly and yearly production and sales relative to actual.
∎ Develop, implement and monitor various control systems.
∎ Training production staff on an ongoing basis.
∎ Monitor technical plant and machinery problems and undertake maintenance works to resolve all issues.
∎ Plan and organize production schedule and oversee production process.
∎ Assess actual requirement of the manpower and source the right people for factory accordingly
∎ Coordinate and monitor the quality in purchasing paddy
∎ Develop SOPs and ensure production process adheres to SOPs
∎ Ensure production process and outputs meet defined quality and safety standards.
∎ Effectively manage and motivate employees to achieve production targets.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must be production oriented.
∎ Must have working experience (3 years) to lead Auto Rice Mills as DGM/GM.
∎ The incumbent must have to handle the total operation including Production.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, the General Manager must be able to speak with employees, other department managers and senior management
∎ Critical thinking and Intellectual capabilities to analyze difficult business problems, getting to the root cause of the problems and generating workable solutions in line with objectives.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Good Computer Skill.(Microsoft word/excel/PowerPoint)
∎ The candidate from Rangpur Division/North Bengal shall be given preference
