Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the higher management on organizational Compliance issues.

• Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG/Textile sector in Bangladesh.

• Should have capacity to handle all the Buyers audit

• To prepare factory for facing different audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, social / ethical /Better work/SLCP/ environmental/Higg / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.

• Ensure 100% Implementation of buyer`s COC, Labor Law 2006 & Factory rules-2015.

• Any other tasks assigned by Management.

• Should have sound knowledge about RSC requirements

• Should have nicely Communication skills with Buyer about social compliance issues.

• Should have nicely Communication skills with RSC about there requirements.

• To monitor and control the internal audit team.

• Should have controlling power to ensure the production floor compliance as per requirements.

• Will be responsible for all compliance activity & communication with proper team.

• Will be responsible for social, technical, quality & chemical audit as per requirement of Auditor.
