Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have working experience as DGM/GM- Head of Sales in a Real Estate Department.
∎ Preparing Sales budget & forecasting according to territory wise
∎ Set Various types of goal as per requirement. .
∎ People development & Team management.
∎ Strategic planning for sustainable marketing.
∎ Analysis the market dynamic and plan according to the dynamic.
∎ Monitoring market scenario every day and take step according to demand and supply.
∎ Developing image & establish brand.
∎ Controlling Sales Center operations round the country or region.
∎ Cost controlling though efficient selling.
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ The incumbent have to visit client.
∎ Creating new customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Have to achieve Marketing & Sales (Land, Plot, Flat & Apartment) as per target.
∎ Maintaining the credit efficiently and effectively.
∎ Provide guideline for the team.
∎ Strong communication with sales personnel.
∎ Complain Handling and Feedback to management.
∎ Establish sales insight to innovative and charismatic leadership personality to inspire the sales & marketing team to boost up sales volume.
∎ To plan, co-ordinate, organize and control of administration, logistics & others essential sales of the company (multi task) policy.
∎ Locating prospective customers, generating them into lands and eventually converting them to customers.
∎ Commercial awareness with creative mind.
∎ individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of Plot/Flat sale, join venture Land Development as per management target.
∎ Ensure employees/worker smooth working.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Responsible for day to day monitoring of sales team.
∎ Prepare yearly half yearly sales budget of sales, marketing planning & implementation.
∎ Development of market through proper planning and implementation of sales promotion scheme.
∎ Preparing monthly sales target and allocating the same to the sales areas.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing client & adopting policy to hunt new clients.
∎ Monitoring credit & outstanding parties on regular basis, strong initiative to collect defaulter party's dues amount.
∎ Maintain individual visit to potential clients, existing clients and monitor regular visit of marketing team members.
∎ Execute target distribution by territory, ensure distribution depth, follow up target vs achievement & provide feedback to the management.
∎ To implement if any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferable Man Power citizenship area of Chapainobabgonj, Noagaon, Rajshahi, Natore.
∎ 5 to 6 years experience at reputed real estate company in marketing and sales department.

∎ Should have stress tolerance, formal presentation and team leadership skill and should be proactive.
∎ Good knowledge of the sales process, cycle and the industry.

∎ Be a strong team player and have t he ability co-ordinate sales activity internally an externally.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla.
