Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate from any discipline or B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and production planning (IPE / Mechanical / CS) from BUET, SUST, DUET, CUET, KUET, and RUET.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be experience in an export oriented Knitted Garments Unit.
∎ Should be able to manage more than 200 sewing lines
∎ Coordination with marketing and merchandising team, Buyers approval, Planning, Allocation,
∎ Shipment planning, Costing, Inter departmental issues and Administration etc.
∎ To be excellent in PPC Planning and must give real time solutions to any challenges and technical areas.
∎ Ensure the quality and integrity of data flow between ERP modules.
∎ Coordinate activities with the Supply Chain organization and review material positions so that alternate solutions, if required, are developed to ensure on-time customer delivery.
∎ Participate in cross-functional teams supporting existing and new products from prototype to volume production.
∎ Manage small projects involving multiple departments and/or outside contractors.
∎ Execute and monitor the production planning process including production order review, material shortage review, and inventory status.
∎ Drive improvements to the overall process efficiency and communication with key stakeholders
∎ Work closely with Product Management on new product introductions and product life cycles.
∎ Develop and maintain status information that provides accurate analysis of raw material, work in process, and unreleased work.
∎ Review and approve engineering documents released to production. Review and incorporate changes to the plan as required to facilitate configuration change management.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Solid understanding of Fast React ERP's Production Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM) Modules/Functionality required.
∎ Proficient in use of computers and Fast React ERP's reporting by proper presentation.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for the highly experienced person.
