∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Willing to explore new ideas & quick decision maker.
∎ Monitoring ability of the various processes in sampling and knowledge of fabric technical side and different wash.
∎ Product development, Sampling and Sourcing.
∎ Working with merchants to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits.
∎ Sit with sample maker about the design and buyers requirements mentioned in the worksheet and describe precisely.
∎ To check fabric and trims quality and analyze their price, lead time etc. to make it competitive.
∎ To arrange all kinds of fabrics, accessories & yarns as required for sampling and production.
∎ Get ready to do Lap dips and other lab test and send all lab reports, fabric swatch for approvals.
∎ Sample should be checked by quality after finished sample.
∎ Check finished sample thoroughly before dispatching to the buyer.
∎ The spec sheet/tech-pack/worksheet and product line then forward it to pattern maker to make a new pattern for sample making.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ To take extra care from sample development to production stage.
∎ Time to time visit sample room to look after sample development.
∎ Responsible for quality standards of sourced material.
∎ Explains sampling master about the design and buyers requirement mentioned in spec sheet.
∎ Analyze fabric specifications, color, quality, defects, etc.
∎ Work closely to meet Buyer's needs.
∎ Able to manage and handle multiple accounts at one time.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 34 years
∎ Fluent in English both oral & written.
∎ Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Should have a strong analytical approach towards building business strategies and implantation.
∎ Good leadership qualities with excellent skills on skill imparting.
∎ Should have strong communication skills.
∎ Should have sound knowledge across all kinds of Garments & Fabrics.
∎ Should have a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
