• Proven experience in Fashion Design & Graphic Design, CLO 3D, preferably in Knit garments, with at least 5-10 years of relevant work experience.·              
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.·        
• Leadership and team management experience.·    
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools and applications for Design planning, data analysis, and project management.·      
• An understanding of market trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.·        
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.·     
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the apparel industry.·         

We seek some highly experienced and creative Fashion & Graphic Designer/Sr. Fashion & Graphic Designer (knit garment) to join our dynamic team at our reputed textile company.

• As a key executive team member, He or she will oversee all the designing & product development-related works.

• Provide creative output and direction to ensure the overall vision for the product is achieved;

• Cooperate a team of world-class product designers and user researchers;

• Collaborate with members of cross-functional teams and be a champion for user-centered culture and design practices;

• Create visually engaging, innovative, and functional digital products;

• Work closely with product managers, sample department, Merchandiser, and QA and department to ensure a cohesive user experience across all products;

• Organize teams that can provide design solutions effectively and with excellence across all departments;

• Establish metrics and measurable goals to ensure visibility into the design`s impact on business;

• Identify improvement opportunities within the scope of design and other teams functioning holistically;

• Build a design culture that encourages innovation while balancing the need for optimization;

• Communicate the value of design thinking and a customer-first approach to strategy across all areas of the business.
