Deliver solutions and services aligned with the organization's product portfolio, culture, and best practices.

• Monitor and participate in multiple projects as Deputy Project Manager (DPM).

• Assign correct people at correct task from the pull of Engineers. Hence make a team and organize to complete the project.

• Perform Advanced and key Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of devices & service from the organization portfolio (or as assigned)

• Possess technical expertise and knowledge delivery skill on minimum 3/4 solution & service portfolio from organization assigned, and demonstrate manageable work skill for rest of the portfolio

• Participate in the network design and solution design process and help to deliver a solution proposal to prospective client

• Monitor, manage & assign support request received from client, internal department

• Supervise and participant in technical survey and client’s requirement finding in collaboration with marketing and sales department and finally articulate them into document and figure drawn on MS Visio ,AutoCAD and any other similar drawing program

• Ability to generate and verify Bill of Quantity (BOQ) & Technical Specification of a Tender/ project.

• Report to the management and department in charge involved including customer account holder

• Must have project management & product demonstration capability on client premises

• Maintain log/ documentation of installed and troubleshoot job perform by team.

• Maintain and complete a detail service support delivery performance report derived from service register.

• Collaborate with principal regarding service support and RMA process.

• Collaborate with other close departments of organization to expedite new installation, support, service and RMA process

• Able to train Assistant / Network and System Support Engineer for certain task /job

• Manage and organize to deliver on site training for client (as when required)

• Involved in the recruitment process to identify required skill set and people, and make them aware about rules, regulation, tradition and practices for keeping them aligned with organization.
