Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master's degree in any discipline from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.
∎ MPH Preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop detailed activity plans and strategy to conduct health activities.
∎ Maintain coordination with Government and other stakeholders.
∎ Assess continuously the projects directions and propose improvements.
∎ Technical support to field team and coordination with other sectors.
∎ Ensure supportive supervision to field level staffs to increase program outcome.
∎ Support supervisor in participating in internal and external coordination meetings.
∎ Maintain close working relation with Camp and Upazilla level government offices to seek approval for activity and submit different reports.
∎ Ensure quality and integrity of implementation, including adherence to technical guidelines and established deadlines
∎ Maintain drug and logistics supply in the field effectively.
∎ Identifying and addressing staff capacity building opportunities.
∎ Ensure drug & logistic requisition to the procurement department.
∎ Follow up regular implemention of project and ensure quality of work.
∎ Ensure on-site technical support in field level.
∎ Timely submission of different reports both internally and externally.
∎ Coordination with management and field operation team members.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
