Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any field from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations. Social Science is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and implement all project activities in the targeted camp/s under the umbrella of BRAC.
∎ Identify tentative challenges of project implementation, and take timely and effective initiatives to face those challenges.
∎ To ensure quality programme implementation both pedagogical and administratively.
∎ To implement and monitor the components of projects, in accordance with the project objectives, activities and targets outlined within current donor proposals and in line with project’s budgets.
∎ Supervise and provide technical and administrative advice and support to the team for effective implementation of the project activities.
∎ Represent BRAC in any relevant cooperation, coordination and thematic meetings with stakeholders and otherwise as needed;
∎ To monitor CP activities in the camps and impact of activities and propose adjustments of the project strategy where needed.
∎ Establish and maintain effective working relationships and networking with stakeholders and donor agencies.
∎ Coach, train and mentor staffs with the aim of strengthening their capacity, exchanging knowledge within the team and providing professional development guidance.
∎ Ensure effective and efficient resources management including financial, human and project assets.
∎ Ensure effective contribution in Budget Management and tracking, monitoring programme budget as per JRP Budget/ Plan.
∎ Ensure authenticity and quality in preparing and submitting all programmatic reports to PM.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of donor budget and resources, and forecast and follow up on expenditure related to the project.
∎ Conduct budget and program implementation tracking with assistance of relevant stakeholders.
∎ Plan and ensure timely purchase requisition with support of relevant personnel in line with the project deliverables.
∎ Guide all staff in preparing effective periodical (weekly, monthly, etc.) activity plan.
∎ Ensure inter & intra coordination with different sectors, organization and government officials.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ To ensure / collect need assessment approval from CIC, Center & Home based Renovation & stock related work.
∎ Inter-branch staff transfer considering programme needs, and PM and other concerned persons’ consultation.
∎ Develop monthly & weekly implementation level Work Plan based on AOP
∎ Oversee and supervise projects activities through periodic field visit
∎ Contribute in ensuring staff PMS & objective-setting discus with PM .
∎ Ensure proper support for visitors including internal and external researchers.
∎ Provide effective support for office management, store management, and logistic activities.
∎ Maintaining effective and timely communication with PM and all humanitarian actors.
∎ Updating PM & others and child protection core team members about all programme activities.
∎ Provide technical support to all projects and unites of child protection sector.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on Child Protection, PSS, Play Pedagogy, Life Skills Based Education, Case Management, Research, Monitoring etc.
∎ Knowledge on budget & administration.
∎ Knowledge on people management, multiculturalism, Ethics and Supervision.
∎ Knowledge on humanitarian practices.
∎ Have management and Leadership quality
∎ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organization, and coordination skills.
