Job Context:
∎ Understand the project activities, liaison at all levels, and follow compliance
∎ Maintain relationship with the government, national and international stakeholders showcasing Friendship activities
∎ Update on all new policies, funding opportunities, and new scope of work
∎ Familiarize Friendship to the existing as well as new stakeholders
∎ Ensure all kinds of logistics management to the clinics without failing in quality service provision

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish liaison and connections with the government offices, sectors and sub sectors, UN bodies.
∎ Perform well in advance all compliance related activities with desired result and outcomes
∎ Support clinic facilities in providing quality services
∎ Resolve conflict situation at the clinic and field level in close collaboration with the Program Manager and the Deputy Program Manager (Clinical Services and Quality).
∎ Ensure that community engagement is actively implemented, and positive feedback received from the community people.
∎ Provides positive response when team members report problems
∎ Simplify work process to eliminate the error and find out root cause solutions of any problem
∎ Ensure optimum use of resources following standard procedures and protocols
∎ Systemic design of execution plan to ensure the interconnectedness of the work
∎ Dedicatedly work to scale up the existing helpline
∎ Assist the Program Manager to meet all technical, managerial, compliance and protocol related requirements for desired performance outcome and results.
∎ Ensure performance to bring successful completion of all projects within the portfolio and coordinate the addition of new projects into the portfolio
∎ Responsible for attending meeting, workshop, dialogue, etc with relevant government, national and international stakeholders
∎ Provide oversight and guidance for staff planning, capacity development, team building and accountability in close collaboration with the Program Manager and the Deputy Program Manager (Clinical Services and Quality).
∎ Dedicatedly work to scale up, popularize and taking in the next level of the existing helpline
∎ Facilitate and manage executive-level relationships, cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, and collaborates across all disciplines.
∎ Provide thought leadership in portfolio performance improvement, tracking outcome and quantified value created by various efforts, enabling better-informed future prioritization.
∎ Provide thought leadership consultation, training, and mentoring to senior staff
∎ Facilitate solid lines of communication and coordination with the customer and technical teams throughout the lifecycle of the project
∎ Any other task as and when required by the Program Manager
∎ Support the PMs efforts to maintain a positive organizational climate with the highest professional and ethical standards
∎ Oversee all technical, financial, and contractual and performance requirements to bring about the successful completion the new EHR
∎ Proactively work with various project managers to address risks and issues to ensure project success.
∎ Lead project/support staff teams independently throughout efforts.
∎ Work with Program Manager in people management, development goals, efficiency and quality improvement, financial management, financial planning, Health services development, compliance, public relations, and internal communications.
∎ Support Program Manager in collaborating with camp level govt. functionary, ministry of Health, DGHS, Civil surgeon, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer, physicians, nurses, and other hospital professional staff to establish standards for running a medical/health facility and ensure operational support for smooth implementation of health interventions.
∎ Monitor and ensure quality in health interventions at the field level
∎ Support Program Manager in collaborating with city/municipality authority and also liaise with the relevant government line agencies, private sector, training institutions for project implementation.
∎ Support Program Manager in monitoring field level operations
∎ Monitor the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmer's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum experience of 5 years with NGOs, UN agency or international development organization and out of 3 years at least 5 years' experience in experience in the Health project or Programme.
∎ Current national and global development trends related to women empowerment, gender and justice, legal aid, rights-based approach, access to information; SDGs.
∎ Sound knowledge and understanding Project cycle management, results-based management and rights-based approach.
