Educational Requirements:
∎ Post graduation degree. Preference will be given to having MBA or degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking, Marketing, Economics, English, Information Technology or in Public Administration.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 23 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 23 years banking experience with minimum 03 years experience as Senior Executive Vice president in any commercial bank to control the bank as a whole.
∎ Competency in planning, organizing and controlling day to day activities of the bank and coordinates inter-departmental functional activities.
∎ Ability to develop and implement banking operations, risk management and governance strategies to meet banks goals and establish a high quality performance standard.
∎ Must be well connected having effective network in the banking and business sector.
∎ Excellent knowledge of Credit, SME, Trade Finance and Treasury operations.
∎ Thorough knowledge about budgeting, planning and financial administration.
∎ High degree of leadership qualities and management skills to drive across functional team to deliver result.
∎ Sound knowledge in IT operations of the bank will be an added advantage.
∎ Age limit: Not more the 57 years as on 30.09.2019
∎ Age limit/academic requirement may be relaxed for highly deserving candidate.
