Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM (Preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training & Development, Training Coordination

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing training and development programs and objectives.
∎ Conducting training needs assessment (TNA).
∎ Identifying problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
∎ Developing and implementing yearly training calendar and budget.
∎ Obtaining and developing effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
∎ Ensuring that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
∎ Planning, organizing, facilitating employee development and training events.
∎ Training and coaching line managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts
∎ Collaborating with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs.
∎ Maintaining knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
∎ Conducting follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
∎ Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Must be well conversant with Labor Law & Rules, Fire Rules, Environmental Law and other related rules & regulations
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Thorough understanding of training processes.
∎ Ability to moderate large groups.
∎ Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Salary: Negotiable
