Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop Territory Plan addressing all key sales, marketing partner activities;
∎ Achieve sales targets through personal selling (visiting market) and driving the distribution system;
∎ Managing the distributor in terms of both primary and secondary sales;
∎ Negotiate with distributors and develop his people on managing customers to obtain more business;
∎ Analyze how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service.
∎ Identifies objections and removes barriers for customers;
∎ Looking for new business opportunities and attain those;
∎ Effective forecasting of periodic goals and design methods to achieve those goals;
∎ Monitoring competitor sales activities within your assigned territory.
