About House of Aura

House of Aura is a fast-growing perfume brand focused on creating premium fragrance experiences through engaging content and performance-driven digital marketing. We are looking for a creative, execution-focused Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of our content marketing operations.

Job Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Script Writing

  • Create engaging video content ideas and marketing campaigns.

  • Write compelling scripts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

  • Develop storytelling content that increases engagement and drives sales.

  • Research current social media trends and adapt them for the brand.

Content Production & Execution

  • Source and recruit content creators, influencers, and models.

  • Coordinate with creators before, during, and after content shoots.

  • Plan and manage weekly and monthly content production schedules.

  • Ensure all planned content is executed on time.

Video Editing

  • Edit short-form videos using CapCut.

  • Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and trending elements.

  • Optimize videos for Facebook, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.

Facebook & Digital Marketing

  • Have a solid understanding of Facebook and Instagram marketing.

  • Work closely with the advertising team by providing high-converting creative assets.

  • Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.

  • Stay updated with Meta’s latest content and advertising trends.

Creator & Influencer Management

  • Identify suitable content creators and negotiate collaborations.

  • Maintain strong relationships with creators and ensure timely delivery of content.

  • Build a database of reliable creators for future campaigns.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • The Marketing Manager will be evaluated based on:

  • Successful execution of the monthly content calendar.

  • Consistent production and publication of planned content.

  • Quality and creativity of content scripts.

  • Timely coordination and management of content creators.

  • Delivery of edited videos ready for publishing.

  • Improvement in content engagement and overall brand growth.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing.

  • Excellent Bangla copywriting and scriptwriting skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok content.

  • Proficiency in CapCut video editing.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and branding.
