  • Good report writing and proposal development skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM software, and presentation tools.

  • Ability to travel for institutional and corporate visits.

  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to expand Mojaru's institutional business.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching centers, NGOs, and corporate organizations.

  • Generate new business opportunities through institutional visits, networking, presentations, and referrals.

  • Present Mojaru's educational solutions, training programs, and customized learning services to decision-makers.

  • Identify partnership opportunities with educational institutions and corporate houses.

  • Negotiate business proposals, contracts, and partnership agreements.

  • Conduct product presentations, seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions.

  • Collaborate with the Academic, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure successful execution of institutional projects.

  • Prepare monthly business development plans, sales forecasts, and management reports.

  • Achieve institutional sales and partnership targets.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the education sector.

  • Represent Mojaru at education fairs, networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business opportunities using CRM tools.
