Good report writing and proposal development skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM software, and presentation tools.
Ability to travel for institutional and corporate visits.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to expand Mojaru's institutional business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching centers, NGOs, and corporate organizations.
Generate new business opportunities through institutional visits, networking, presentations, and referrals.
Present Mojaru's educational solutions, training programs, and customized learning services to decision-makers.
Identify partnership opportunities with educational institutions and corporate houses.
Negotiate business proposals, contracts, and partnership agreements.
Conduct product presentations, seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions.
Collaborate with the Academic, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure successful execution of institutional projects.
Prepare monthly business development plans, sales forecasts, and management reports.
Achieve institutional sales and partnership targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the education sector.
Represent Mojaru at education fairs, networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business opportunities using CRM tools.
