• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to expand business opportunities.

• Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Handle client inquiries, provide project information, and assist with site visits when required.

• Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to the sales team for better results.
