Responsibilities & Context:
1. Setting departmental sales target.
2. Ensure achievement of departmental target.
3. Market analysis.
4. Analysis team member’s performance and find out sustainable performer.
5. Trained the team members to increase sales performance.
6. Lead the team with full accountability and ensure team discipline.
7. Identify and create next level successor.
8. Oversee customer care, handover, registration, mutation Govt. approval etc.
9. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report and submit supervisor/Management
10. Any others task assigned by supervisor/Management.
11. Projects selection with feasibility.
12. Work with Planning & Design Department as well as Engineering & Construction Department for project plan.
13. Oversee promotional activities to increase sales and branding.
