Other Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Good understanding of LED Billboard, Tri-Vision, Outdoor Advertising and OOH media.

• Ability to identify potential clients and generate new business.

• Good understanding of advertising and marketing concepts.

• Ability to prepare professional proposals, quotations and presentations.

• Must be comfortable with field visits and meeting clients.

• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

• Encourage to have a motorcycle with driving license for male candidates.

• Willingness to travel within Dhaka and outside Dhaka when required.

Job Summary:

Creation World is looking for a dynamic, energetic and target-oriented Marketing & Sales professional for our BTL & Outdoor Advertising Division.

The position will be primarily focused on LED Billboard, Tri-Vision Billboard, Outdoor Advertising (OOH), Airport Advertising, Digital Outdoor Media and other BTL advertising solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, acquiring and maintaining clients, selling outdoor advertising spaces, preparing proposals and ensuring smooth execution and servicing of advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, good client relationships and a willingness to work in the field.

Job Location: House-118, Road-9, Block-C, Niketan, Gulshan, Dhaka

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for LED Billboard, Tri-Vision and Outdoor Advertising.

• Identify potential clients, brands and agencies and generate new leads.

• Make calls, arrange meetings and conduct regular client visits.

• Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable LED Billboard / Tri-Vision / OOH advertising locations.

• Prepare and present advertising proposals, quotations, media plans and presentations.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales according to company policy.

• Coordinate with clients regarding Graphics, campaign duration, scheduling and display requirements.

• Coordinate with the operation and technical teams to ensure proper campaign execution.

• Monitor LED Billboard and Tri-Vision campaigns to ensure proper display and quality.

• Visit advertising sites regularly when required for campaign supervision and client servicing.

• Coordinate with vendors, production teams and site teams for smooth execution.

• Prepare campaign reports, site photographs and client updates when required.

• Follow up on quotations, work orders, billing and payments.

• Maintain proper records of leads, clients, proposals, campaigns and sales.

• Keep updated on outdoor advertising locations, market rates, competitors and new business opportunities.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management or Supervisor.

• Yearly Increment

• 2 Festival Bonus (50% of the Salary)

• 2 weekend in the 1st two weeks of the month
