Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related discipline.
Professional qualifications such as CA (CC), ACCA (Part Qualified), or VAT & Tax certifications will be given preference.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts, VAT, Tax, and Legal functions.
Experience in Advertising Agency, Media, FMCG, or Corporate organizations will be preferred.
Required Skills
Sound knowledge of Bangladesh VAT & SD Act, Income Tax Laws, and corporate compliance requirements.
Strong knowledge of TDS, VDS, Mushak procedures, and NBR regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, ERP, or accounting software.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
Maintain daily accounts, cash book, bank book, journal, ledger, and financial records.
Prepare payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper accounting documentation.
Monitor client collections and vendor payments.
VAT & Tax Compliance
Prepare and submit monthly VAT Returns (Mushak 9.1) in accordance with NBR regulations.
Ensure proper deduction and timely deposit of TDS and VDS.
Issue and maintain Mushak 6.3 &6.6 certificates and all VAT-related documents.
Maintain VAT registers, challans, and supporting documents.
Prepare withholding tax returns and annual income tax documents.
Coordinate with auditors, VAT offices, and tax authorities regarding compliance matters.
Legal & Corporate Affairs
Prepare and review agreements, contracts, work orders, and legal notices.
Maintain company legal documents, trade licenses, TIN, BIN, and regulatory records.
Coordinate with legal consultants, government offices, and regulatory authorities.
Handle documentation related to company compliance and statutory requirements.
Assist management in legal correspondence and dispute management.
