Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote property listings and real estate projects.
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and clients.
- Coordinate property promotions, open houses, events, and other marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, marketing activities, and campaign performance.
- Monitor marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports on results and performance.
- Build and maintain the company’s brand presence and ensure all marketing materials reflect GlobalView Properties’ professional image.
