Additional Requirements:

  • Deputy Manager: 5–8 years of relevant experience in HVAC project sales and marketing.

  • Manager: 8–12 years of relevant experience in HVAC project sales and marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with VRF, Chillers, Package Units, AHU, FCU, Ventilation, and Central Air Conditioning systems strongly preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Formulate and execute HVAC sales strategies aligned with organizational revenue and growth targets.

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential project segments.

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with consultants, architects, developers, contractors, and corporate clients to generate a consistent project pipeline.

  • Interpret HVAC system designs, technical drawings, project specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to develop accurate cost estimates.

  • Prepare comprehensive technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.

  • Lead participation in project bidding, client negotiations, and tender submissions to maximize win rate.

  • Liaise closely with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure seamless project handover and execution.

  • Deliver technical presentations to clients and recommend optimal HVAC solutions based on project requirements.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor positioning, and evolving customer needs to inform sales strategy.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management dashboards for informed decision-making.

  • Ensure timely collection of receivables in line with credit policy.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.
