Additional Requirements: - Age At least 25 years
- Only Male
- Proficiency in MS-Excel and Google Sheets
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support or similar role (ecommerce experience is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Bengali and English)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
- Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
Responsibilities & Context: - Assign and monitor daily calling schedules for outsourced call agents
- Handle inbound calls from logistics partners and coordinate issue resolution
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes with professionalism and care
- Respond to customer messages and comments across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners to improve service quality
- Maintain proper logs and support documentation
