Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 25 years
  • Only Male
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel and Google Sheets
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support or similar role (ecommerce experience is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Bengali and English)
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assign and monitor daily calling schedules for outsourced call agents
  • Handle inbound calls from logistics partners and coordinate issue resolution
  • Resolve customer complaints and disputes with professionalism and care
  • Respond to customer messages and comments across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners to improve service quality
  • Maintain proper logs and support documentation
