• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related discipline

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Good understanding of customer relationship management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong report writing and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Assist in managing and developing relationships with assigned export key accounts

• Coordinate with international buyers regarding orders, product specifications, delivery schedules, and customer requirements

• Support the preparation and follow-up of quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and export documentation

• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Commercial, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Monitor order processing from confirmation to shipment and resolve operational issues proactively

• Prepare sales forecasts, customer reports, shipment status updates, and account performance reports

• Analyze customer demand, sales trends, and market opportunities to improve account performance

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

• Assist in handling customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

• Ensure compliance with company policies and international export standards
