Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Social, Environment, Chemical, technical audit & certification audit like BSCI, SEDEX, Accord, Alliance, ISO, GOTS, OCS, GRS, OCS, BNBC etc.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (with up to date Amendment), Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations.
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer’s requirements, adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
∎ To ensure legal, compliance/code of conduct, fire building, electrical, health and safety issues, etc.
∎ Preparing necessary documents for audit (Management system Manual with departmental process, job description summary, factory profile, conducting internal audit, awareness Program).
∎ Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyer requirements and provide necessary documents to full fill the audit requirements and prepare corrective action plan against the non-conformities.
∎ To conduct workplace hazard assessment & take corrective action and preventive action for risk management of environmental, health & safety issues.
∎ Handling disciplinary matters, grievance and counselling, improving employee motivation and workers engagements etc.
∎ To prepare & update Policy & procedure as per buyer CoC & updated law.
∎ Preparing documents for higg submission.
∎ Develop necessary training material. And conduct training (CoC Training, Fire safety, Chemical handling, security compliance etc.) as a trainer.
∎ To coordinate & work with department head for continual improvement as per buyer’s updated requirement.
∎ To perform any kind of legal assignments given by line the management as and when required for the organization.
