Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the process lead-times and the stock levels, identifying issues that need to be addressed and taking appropriate action in consultation with relevant parties to resolve all issues to ensure continuous availability of materials for a smooth flow of production, whilst enabling the optimum use of the resources
∎ Order loading as per the capacity considering cost & the volume.
∎ Forecast marketing strategy for future competition.
∎ Achieve the on time receiving schedule of raw material & response to inquiries & complains regarding merchandise.
∎ Keep the standard suppliers according to the customer requirement.
∎ Monitor and establish on time ordering process.
∎ Purchase Order tracing & Purchase order making. & Allocation & Re-allocations.
∎ Negotiate with Buyers regarding all requirement of customer & Obtaining approval from the customer.
∎ Maintain an effective coordination & information among other Departments.
∎ Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.
∎ Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.
∎ Maintain the quality policy & objective and ISO requirements.
