Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. In Chemistry/Applied Chemistry from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper quality of all incoming RM, PM, FG & Active ingredients and to maintain proper quarantine procedure.
∎ To ensure proper releasing (Accepted/ Partially Accepted/ Rejected) of materials received by warehouse department for production and kept in quarantine. A proper sampling method must be followed.
∎ Coordination with Production, Warehouse, Commercial, Business & other stakeholders (internal & external).
∎ New formulations and method development.
∎ To develop new technology/process related to Laboratory activities.
∎ Follow every quality SOP & Policy regarding each segment.
∎ To ensure proper maintenance and update/enrich of all QC/R&D documents - Specifications, SOP, MSDS, Process Sheet, Method of Analysis, Test Report, etc. as per requirement.
∎ Initiate and implement the process of PM Development in collaboration with stakeholders
∎ To determine methods of analysis, preparation of supporting documents, and maintenance of analytical records.
∎ To attend all Internal audits, SQA audit, and SCJ audit and implement appropriate corrective and preventive action as per observation and suggestion by auditor and visitor.
∎ Arrange calibration and validation of all lab instruments & equipment and monitor machine/equipment efficiency
∎ To ensure the proper functioning of i). Effluent treatment plant ii). Fish Toxicity at Laboratory iii.) Incinerator.
∎ To supervise chemical waste disposal - solid, liquid, powder through ETP - Sludge transfer and through Incinerator.
∎ Maintain liaison and good relationship with Business, commercial, and Government Regulatory Authorities, e.g., Plant Protection Wing (PPW) and Department of Environment (DOE).
∎ To ensure local regulatory compliances
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ 8-10 years experience in Chemical Industry (preferably Agrochemical/Pharma).
∎ Knowledge of QC/QA process of chemical laboratory/industries
∎ Ability to Measure Progress & Correct Deviation.
∎ Excellent IT proficiency.
∎ Good Communication Skills (Verbal & Written both in Bangla & English)
