Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct monitoring and QA visit/ activities using digital platforms (Team tracker, mHealth, AM report, etc.).
∎ Monitor Area Manager’s activities and the status of office management on various aspects such as inventories, accounts, audit reports, record keeping, etc.
∎ Check if the decision-making quality and methods of the Area Managers are aligned with the SOP.
∎ Conduct monitoring of CHW activities (SK, PO) against their action plan and SOP. Check the technical quality of service delivery and satisfaction level of the community people.
∎ Conduct monitoring of BHP’s all facility-based activities (BMC, VC) on service delivery quality, facility management quality and client satisfaction.
∎ Collect additional monitoring data as per the instructions and requirements from the central Monitoring and QA team.
∎ Prepare and share a monthly action plan to the central Monitoring and QA team and execute the plan during field visits.
∎ Provide inputs in preparing tools and guidelines for monitoring and QA activities.
∎ Prepare monitoring and QA reports based on the field findings and share findings and feedback to the respective service providers and managers at the community and facility level.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Sound knowledge on Quality Assurance & Monitoring processes
∎ Sound knowledge on using digital platform
∎ Knowledge on the field activities of the health sector of Bangladesh
∎ Proficiency in using MS Office, smart apps.
∎ Communication in Bengali
∎ Proficiency in data collection & interpretation and should have analytical ability
