Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing & controlling production of goods, planning of material & personnel and inspection of inventory.
∎ Capacity build-up of existing business including execution of project, monitoring & supervising day to day operation through which ensure profitability of existing project.
∎ Ensure health and safety for human resources as per compliance assessment, evaluation and training.
∎ Researching new technology & alternative method of efficiency & redesigning production method.
∎ Supervise daily production status of factory as per production plan & check raw materials stock position on daily basis at factory.
∎ Liaison between factory & commercial department about raw & others materials.
∎ Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
∎ Ensure output meets quality standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-6 years of proven experience in plastics industry.
∎ Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
∎ Practical skill on Plastics RM, Mold & Machine.
∎ Ready to accept any challenge.
