Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will lead the production operation and sales activities that ensured business growth through excellent service, and ensure cost-effective services that are innovative and responsive according to the requirements of stakeholders.
∎ Strategizing, production management, product innovation & renovation, resources management, project work, supply chain/logistics/distribution networking and people development to ensure smooth operations that aligned annual business plans and meet the sales targets.
∎ Controlling costs, managing budgets, and optimizing showroom profitability.
∎ Develop effective sales processes, including order management, inventory tracking, and customer service procedures.
∎ Monitor the outlet manager in managing overall showroom operations, including inventory management, stock control, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize retail sales performance
∎ Maintaining accurate inventory records, overseeing stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and availability of products and raw material.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Must have experience on manufacturing of "Panjabi, Shirt, Pant, Shelwer Kamij as well as Kids item.
∎ Should have depth knowledge on kerchupi, embroidery, block-boutique.
∎ Should have clear knowledge on showroom operations e.g. manpower planning, stock management, inventory control, budget preparation etc.
