∎ Bachelor in apparel manufacturing or any other discipline

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work closely with the design team to understand product requirements and trends.
∎ Identify and source fabrics, trims, and other materials required for production.
∎ Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and production schedules with suppliers and vendors.
∎ Create and monitor production timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
∎ Address and resolve any production issues, such as delays or quality discrepancies.
∎ Estimate garment production costs, including raw materials, labor, packaging, and shipping.
∎ Assist in setting competitive retail prices while ensuring profitability.
∎ Track inventory levels and stock availability to meet customer demand.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of finished products from manufacturers to warehouses or retail stores.
∎ Handle customized orders, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of clients.
∎ Work with marketing teams to support promotional strategies, product launches, and fashion shows
∎ Prepare regular reports on sales, production, and stock levels.
∎ Resolve any problems related to production, quality, or delivery in a timely and effective manner.
