Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters preferably in CSE /Mathematics / Statistics / MIS or any other relevant discipline from any recognised university.

Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: To collect and analysis MIS related data and prepare statistical reports including data checking /editing, and develop MIS tools/ Software as per requirement of the programmes / components, and assist for implementing web based MIS at field offices.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and analysis MIS data of BEP components, and prepare monthly/ quarterly statistical reports in direction of manager/ management as per requirements.
∎ Assist to develop MIS infrastructure and enhance web based MIS through modern technologies and implement the web based MIS at field offices including Taro works as per project requirements.
∎ Organize available data of BEP's components / approaches based on KPIs (e.g. AOP, donors Logframe etc) and share these information to relevant unit head/ manager timely. Ensure all data entered into MIS have checked systematically.
∎ Maintain contact with field managers, partners, different unit heads/managers at HO, and other departments of BRAC for implementing MIS software/tools/ formats, and validate MIS data quality.
∎ Provide technical support for diagnosing Hardware and Software related problems and network faults as and when needs at field offices where web based MIS is implementing.
∎ Keep recording of all electronic equipment that are using at field offices for MIS decentralization and facilitate training / refreshers for the end users of field offices on bepmis.brac.net.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have advanced MS offices user including MS Excel and MS Access.
∎ Have ability to design /maintenance MIS database (e.g. SQL) and web based software development (e.g. PHP, Java script etc)
∎ Have ability to prepare draft analytical report based on MIS data.
∎ Have konwledge on capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
∎ Minimum 4 years of experiences in relevant field.
