Job Context:
∎ Runner Group, a well reputed and leading business group, engaged in diversified business like manufacturing and marketing of motorcycle, footwear; marketing of truck, pickup, lubricants; producing and marketing of automatic-brick and real estate development.
∎ Seeking Deputy Manager/ Manager (Production) for its synthetic Footwear manufacturing operations. The incumbent will be responsible to drive, monitor and control production operations (Cutting, Sewing, lasting & Finishing) of factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and coordinate cutting, sewing, lasting and finishing operations in accordance to the planned production schedule
∎ Formulate work schedules for the production team and communicate expected deliveries to achieve the production targets and objectives
∎ Ensure efficient utilization of resources i.e. materials, labour, equipment to meet production targets and objectives
∎ Exhibit knowledge of layout planning, production process management while maintaining production schedule to adhere to shipment timelines
∎ Ensure complete adherence to organization's quality standards and practices keeping in mind quality and compliance requirements of international buyers
∎ Take appropriate corrective actions to ensure adherence to the plan
∎ Resolve production operational issues by providing technical expertise and insights to the team
∎ Ensure final product in adherence to buyer requirements and specifications
∎ Drive and implement inventory control and cost savings initiatives within the department to achieve overall cost savings target for the organization
∎ Identify development opportunities (skill development trainings, technical training requirements) for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the production staff for improving the overall production standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
