Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ MBA/ Masters from any reputed University.
∎ Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain
Job Context:
∎ Runner Group, a well reputed and leading business group, engaged in diversified business like manufacturing and marketing of motorcycle, footwear; marketing of truck, pickup, integrated LPG, lubricants; producing and marketing of automatic-brick and real estate development.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for good demand analysis with proper planning to ensure timely supply of materials by maintaining standard stock level and deliver the finished products of the Footwear Company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with Government offices like Custom Bond, CCI&E, DEDO, BIDA, Sea Ports/Land Ports/Airport customs and authorities.
∎ Must have capability to do UP, EX-BOND/IN-BOND in time with the assistance of the factory to maintain Bond Register.
∎ Must be experienced in Export, Import and Banking & Handle the processing of all export related tasks with Banking.
∎ Mainly look after the entire export and import related other activities.
∎ All Commercial related work which includes, corresponding with buyers, Customs, BOND,VAT,LFMEAB, Opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring, shipment, document retirement formalities ,custom clearing And Export formalities.
∎ Capable to monitor and supervise the activities of the Commercial Department properly and efficiently.
∎ Manage all banking logistics for export activities and prepare required documents and prepare special labels for brands and ensure adherence to all shipping schedule.
∎ Having sound knowledge of Clearing & Forwarding (C&F), L/C opening activities, Air and Sea shipment operation & Customs Bond rules & regulations etc.
∎ Have to make all kinds commercial documents for shipment.
∎ Should have good idea & experience on Footwear Factory.
∎ Maintain proper correspondents with merchandiser, factory, buyer, shipping line, freight forwarder, C&F and other concerned offices.
∎ Take responsibility and track exports forecasts, shipments and trends.
∎ Daily smooth cooperation with factory & head office (Export Department).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Professional level knowledge on export, import, warehouse licensing, customs rules and regulations and shipping lines.
∎ Sound knowledge on Customs Bond rules & regulations.
∎ Able to improve international sourcing/ supply partnership and new possibilities.
∎ Should have comprehensive knowledge on Bank activities and Shipping documents related to import/export.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Clearing & Forwarding (C&F), Customs Bond rules & regulations related to import/export.
∎ Capable of working under pressure within deadlines with confidence.
∎ Should have strong leadership quality.
∎ Able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and commitment to work with them.
∎ Strong knowledge on footwear manufacturing equipment and its maintenance.
∎ Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office, email and internet.
