Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing the employees and end-to-end operations of the Production Department.
∎ Responsible to meet the production target to achieve the organizational goal.
∎ Responsible for quality production & manpower planning for the Department.
∎ To lead and monitor the activities of clay processing unit (extruder, double shaft mixer), dryer and tunnel kiln and other related machinery and provide necessary guidelines to perform the jobs effectively to enhance productivity.
∎ To evaluate and monitor the operation parameters and take immediate corrective measures.
∎ To identify and implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machinery.
∎ Responsible for coordination with all related departments / sections for ensuring smooth and unhindered production.
∎ Taking corrective measures to minimize wastage and maximize productivity.
