Educational Requirements:
∎ MBM/ MBA/ Masters Degree in Finance/ Marketing/ Management/ Accounting/ Economics from any recognized university.
∎ LLB will be treated as additional qualification.
∎ Candidates having any Third Class/Division/Equivalent CGPA need not apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Asset Marketing.
∎ Manage relationships effectively to ensure business growth.
∎ Maintain in-depth knowledge of the customers' business through regular customer visits and industry research.
∎ Follow up customers to ensure the timely receipt of financial statements, repayments and all documentary requirements.
∎ Ensure compliance with Regulatory and company guidelines.
∎ Analyze business and financial statements of the client and prepare credit proposals.
∎ Coordinate with credit and other departments to ensure timely delivery of services to the clients.
∎ Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 - 8 years working experience in Marketing & Recovery Department in any reputed Bank or Financial Institution.
∎ Conversant with Loan classification and provision, Bangladesh Bank reporting and write off process.
∎ Sound knowledge about Mortgage procedures, Loan documentation and Auction Procedures.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge about the Bank related laws (especially NI Act, Transfer of property Act and Contract Act), Legal issues and other Laws of the land related to Loan Recovery.
∎ Sufficient knowledge about land documents to carry out search in the Sub Registry office and AC Land office.
∎ Must be target oriented and hardworking.
∎ Must have good clientele base.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Must have leadership qualities.
