Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Candidates having Bachelor Degree in Textile Technology along with MBA major in Marketing will also be considered for this position.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Business Analysis, Communication and Negotiation Skill, Flexible with working hour, Problem solving and analytical skill, Proficient in English
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments, Garments Accessories, Tannery/Footwear, Textile, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance
Job Context:
∎ The position requires extensive travel both in and outside of Dhaka.
∎ Willing to go to the manufacturing units in various places within the country.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market visit on regular basis to develop new customers as well as retain existing customers to ensure achievement of individual and overall company sales target.
∎ Developing and retaining the business in the arena of Apparel and Footwear industry.
∎ Carry out market research to monitor the business trends as well as find out competitor's information to make internal strategy as well as develop new service offer to clients.
∎ Forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and other sales information.
∎ Preparing Marketing Budget & Implement effectively and efficiently.
∎ Develop and implement proper marketing channel to outreach targeted customer effectively and efficiently.
∎ Execute Marketing campaign as a part of marketing strategy in territory based in & outside of Dhaka.
∎ Updating Salesforce on regular basis to keep appropriate tracking of Marketing and promotional activities and managing customer query.
∎ Organizing workshop, seminar, webinar and training as cross selling activity of company's service.
∎ Preparing report along with presentation on daily, weekly and monthly basis as per marketing and promotional activity requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be interactive, with excellent presence of mind.
∎ Customer focused and service oriented.
∎ Sound Knowledge in computer operation including MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Knowledge on Textile, Apparel, Leather & Footwear Industries in Bangladesh.
∎ Dynamic, detail oriented, proactive, SMART professional to assist a leader with vision.
∎ Experience in Third Party Testing Organization will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
