∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Garments Accessories, Tannery/Footwear, Textile, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will have to attend inbound and outbound calls, messages, Facebook comments, emails, etc. from customers who want to know about our services.
∎ Must fulfil the responsibilities immediately and accurately and Report time to time to the team leader. Asking for help responsively from higher authority to solve complicated issues.
∎ Understanding and/or Identifying customers' enquiries, requests, needs, and complaints to provide the simplest and the best solutions to customers.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via Mobile, Email, What's up, online messages and over the phone.
∎ Instant customer Special requirement Analyze and report on customer's requirement and inform to higher authority.
∎ Provide customers with the best-in-class customer service, Provide products information & Taking sales order from the customer.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with existing customers.
∎ Must be loyal to the company and willingness to take any challenge & Any other task assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be interactive, with excellent presence of mind.
∎ Customer focused and service oriented.
∎ Sound Knowledge in computer operation including MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Knowledge on Textile, Apparel, Leather & Footwear Industries in Bangladesh.
∎ Dynamic, detail oriented, proactive, SMART professional to assist a leader with vision.
∎ Experience in Third Party Testing Organization will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
