Job Context:
∎ The position requires extensive travel both in and outside of Dhaka.
∎ Willing to go to the manufacturing units in various places within the country.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market visit on regular basis to develop new customers as well as retain existing customers to ensure achievement of individual and overall company sales target.
∎ Developing and retaining the business in the arena of Apparel and Footwear industry.
∎ Forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and other sales information.
∎ Execute Marketing campaign as a part of marketing strategy in territory based in & outside of Dhaka.
∎ Conduct periodic customer survey to understand customer attitude on existing service and support. Also asking for customer opinion and suggestion to improve the existing service.
∎ Organizing workshop, seminar, webinar and training as cross selling activity of company’s service.
∎ Maintain client database & follow instructions of immediate supervisor.
∎ Coordinating with internal operation divisions in achieving customer satisfaction.
∎ Preparing report on daily, weekly and monthly basis as per marketing and promotional activity requirements.
∎ Preparing corporate proposal to meet the clients need.
∎ Promoting company goodwill and business through appropriate marketing activities.
∎ Deal with existing and new customer over phone or email for service request, submitting price quotation and ensuring after sales service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be interactive, with excellent presence of mind.
∎ Customer focused and service oriented.
∎ Sound Knowledge in computer operation including MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Knowledge on Textile, Apparel, Leather & Footwear Industries in Bangladesh.
∎ Dynamic, detail oriented, proactive, SMART professional to assist a leader with vision.
∎ Experience in Third Party Testing Organization will be given preference.
