Electrical Maintenance, oval printing machine, Screen Printing, Sublimation Printing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Design/Printing/Publishing, Garments
Job Context:
∎ Applicant must know the maintenance procedure of the following printing machines:
∎ Alpha
∎ MNR
∎ Oval
∎ Sportsman
∎ Challenger
∎ Hit Press
∎ Sublimation
∎ CNTOP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take care of the Maintenance & Utility department of an entire plant containing Garments, Print, Trims & Embroidery
∎ To supervise & monitor regular maintenance works of all kinds of garment, print & embroidery machinery & supervise Schedule maintenance of process Generator, Boiler, Compressor, Utility machinery, and Sub Station
∎ Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery.
∎ To supervise / Monitor repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment related to modern Cutting, Sewing, Printing, Embroidery, Generator, Boiler & Compressor
∎ To list out and maintain necessary spare parts for all equipment and machinery.
∎ To develop operation & maintenance policies, procedures, and manuals.
∎ To ensure the smooth functioning of utility services.
∎ Skill in emergency repairing & maintenance work.
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within a short time after solving the faults.
∎ To ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like Accord, Alliance, H&M, Wal-Mart*, GAP, Bureau Veritas along with other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in maintenance & Utility
∎ Capable of Handling an entire Plant
∎ Should have leadership quality
∎ Should have strong technical knowledge on all kind of machinery
∎ A good interpersonal and communication skill over English Language is mandatory.
∎ Basic computer operating knowledge is also mandatory.
∎ Should have innovative & good decision maker
∎ Should be very technical in leading the department
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 55000 (Monthly)
