Experience:

• 10 to 12 years

• MSc or BSc in Computer Engineering from a reputed University.

• 10 to 12 years

• Must be able to configure routers (Cisco/ Mikrotik) and switches (Cisco Catalyst, Nexus) for network connectivity issues.

• Configuration and optimization of Postfix, including virtual domains, aliases, transport maps, and SMTP authentication for mail server.

• Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN (ip-sec/GRE), VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), and troubleshooting network-related issues.

• Should have a clear concept of major cloud platforms Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Knowledge of their respective services, pricing models, and capabilities for managing AWS Cloud-based ERP Systems.

• Hands-on expertise in MAC OS, Linux, and Windows 2019 Server Administration.

• Ability to install and configure VMware vSphere, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and associated components.

• CCNA, RHCSA, (AWS/CGP/Azure), or other technical certification is preferred.

Key Responsibility

• Managing overall IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability, and overseeing the daily operations of the IT department. This role requires strategic planning to align technology solutions with business objectives and comply with industry regulations and standards.

• Troubleshooting system and network problems and solving hardware or software faults.

• Ensure professional and proactive IT support is consistently and transparently provided to all users, ensuring the integrity and reliability of IT systems

• Manage IT budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective procurement and licensing of software/hardware.

• Manage Cloud-based mail server (Zimbra/ Carbnio CE) Administration and manage email security Gateway (ESS/Barracuda/Cisco).

• Proficiency in SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol), POP3 (Post Office Protocol version 3), IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol), and their secure variants (SMTPS, POP3S, IMAPS).

• Manage Web Hosting and Domain services with associate provider

• Manage DHCP services, IP phones, CC-Camera, and other network-related components.

• Should be able to Install & troubleshoot MAC (IOS).

• Experience in maintaining web servers (Apache, Nginx), and database servers (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

• Implementing backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures.
